The main filter material of the sintered mesh filter is a standard five layer stainless steel sintered mesh. Standard five layer stainless steel sintering is made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh and vacuum sintering. The filter element made from it has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, good permeability, high strength, easy cleaning and backwashing, high filtration accuracy, hygienic and clean filter material, and no shedding of wire mesh.

The mesh holes of each layer of the sintered mesh filter are interlaced with each other, forming a uniform and ideal filtering structure, which gives the material advantages that ordinary metal mesh cannot match, such as high strength, good rigidity, and stable mesh shape. Due to the reasonable matching and design of the pore size, permeability, and strength characteristics of the material, it has excellent filtration accuracy, filtration impedance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, and processability, and its comprehensive performance is significantly higher than other types of filter materials.
